Material used: GFK FLEXI fiberglass in white RAL 9003 with 3 x KK (Kevlar-Carbon) reinforcements at the attachment points. The material's heat resistance is 100 °C. The fiberglass has a standard RAL 9003 white color in the GFK base material and is UV stable, so painting is unnecessary. All parts are ready to use. The fairing holes are not pre-drilled but indicated. Why fiberglass fairings? They mean up to 50% weight savings over original ABS bodywork and are considerably cheaper in case of a crash on the track and replacement. They are more flexible and easier to install on a motorcycle.
